INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT:

St Mary's Thistle - May protect and support restoration of the liver, antioxidant, optimal skin health, hormones and detoxification.

Schisandra - May support liver health and optimise detoxification, help the body to adapt to stress, support the nervous system, improve overall physical endurance.

Liquorice - May support adrenal function, help to balance hormones, be anti-inflammatory and protect mucous membranes. 

Gotu kola: - May promote healing within the body, help the body adapt to stress, support the nervous system and hold anti-inflammatory properties.

Slippery elm: - May have a soothing impact on mucous membranes in the digestive tract, have prebiotics and hold anti-inflammatory properties.

How to use: We'd recommend beginning your journey with 4 weeks of our Detox blend, followed by 2 - 4 weeks of our Replenish blend. The perfect 6 - 8 week reset you've been looking for.

Detox:
Simply add 5g (approximately 1 teaspoon) to a glass of water, smoothie or yoghurt. Mix together and consume 1 -2 times daily.
Store in a dry/cool place below 25°C. Under recommended storage conditions, shelf life of 2 years can be expected.

Replenish:
Simply add 10g (approximately 2 teaspoons) to a glass of water, smoothie or yoghurt. Mix together and consume 1 -2 times daily.
